Together with our European cooperation partners, we undertake legal representation and legal advice in connection with European, primarily German, Austrian and Hungarian customs law matters, from customs law advice prior to the conclusion of an import-export transaction to representation in legal appeal proceedings against customs decisions or other measures of the customs authorities.

Advice to the economic operator in connection with the application for an EORI identification number valid in all Member States of the European Union
Provision of legal advice during the establishment of the “Authorized Economic Operator” (AEO) status in order to achieve possible procedural simplifications
Electronic Road Freight Control System (EKÁER) verification of the necessity of using and related legal advice
Representation of a client in customs cases initiated for subsequent customs assessment
Professional and competent appeal of the first-instance decision of the customs authority
Submission of requests for reduction, remission of customs debt, provision of customs security and suspension or suspension of enforcement
Litigation:
Administrative litigation against second-instance customs decisions
Submission of a review application to the Curia
Submission of a preliminary ruling application to the European Court of Justice during litigation, in the state of the place of the procedure

Our range of customs enforcement services includes representation before authorities and courts, and monitoring the case between the various court levels.
